Bleeding on cerazette

Hi all. I’m three months into using cerazette. It seemed to be going well to start with but half way through the third pack I have started to bleed quite heavily every day. I’m now wearing a pad everyday. Anyone had any experience on this drug? Is it worth persevering for 6-12 months to see if the bleeding stops again?

Hi 👋🏻

I’m on cerazette. The first time I went on it stopped my periods for about 3 months then had a breakthrough bleed. Then didn’t bleed again for a fair few months! Then i started bleeding really irregular and gave myself a break from it for a couple of months. Iv been back on it now for around two months and only bleeding because I had surgery 2 days ago . Hope this helps x

I am on a similar pill not exactly that brand but similar with the same amount of hormones. i been on it exactly 3 months yesterday. I had bleeding for the first 3 weeks then stopped and last week i had a breakthrough for a couple of hours a day! just before i needed to take my pill it was quite odd lol but it has calmed now and got some light spotting.

Going for a night away tomorrow hope the spotting stops so i can go in the pool. xx
