No not at all Ashley2. Deep disease, can on occasions, be silent and symptomless; superficial disease can be disabling, and vice versa. I was diagnosed with mild endo last month (I was told there was extensive endo behind my uterus but it did not involve my bowel or bladder) and I had been in a lot of pain pretty much every day. Another endo sufferer on here has stage IV endo which was found on laparoscopy only because she had been experiencing fertility issues - she had no other symptoms. So to summarise: the pain does not correlate to the stage of endo. Hope that helps x
I recently had an mri which without knowing the full extent as I haven’t yet seen my gyne says thick plaques between the posterior uterus and rectum, so obviously I had a look threw google and came up with all sorts. But Google’s many theories don’t seem to match upto my symptoms. Yes I struggle threw periods and bleed from the back, but i just didn’t think my symptoms would equal such diagnosis. I know I need to speak to my gyne before jumping the gun tho
