Endometriosis worse when pregnant?

Has anyone found there endometriosis became worse the first few weeks of pregnancy have been getting pain on one side where my endo flares up usually so assumed it was that but am a little worried just incase its not that

I wasnt aware I had endo when I was pregnant, I was diagnosed with IBS instead. All my symptoms dissapeared the whole time I was pregnant but came back with a vengeance as soon as I gave birth. None of the doctors would believe me the my "IBS" symptoms dissapeared when pregnant though as "that just doesnt happen" apparently a few doctors told me. Nevertheless endo symptoms are so varied woman to woman so don't stress out if you don't get the same symptoms as someone else. Congratulations on the pregnancy btw! X
