thanks for replying and you have been diagnosed with endo? I was at the GP yesterday women doctor very unsympathetic stated it was ''all in my head'' tried to explain my history fell on deaf ears mostly . But managed to get a referral for urology, was given 5mg solifenacin in order to help bladder. Have you tried any meds any joy?

tried amiltriplene endlessly that seems to be the only thing the urologist says. I have endless traces of blood and white cells in urine samples when in bad pain and put on abx about once a month for last year but mostly no infection found when sent to lab ??? , there is something wrong there cystoscopy showed nothing but wasnt done by endo specialist. I had endo removed from many places including ureter in 2016 superficial endo I think it was called , no improvement in symptoms , is your worse at night.

I have had full hysterectomy now long story but its now even worse, I was told i had adenomyosis causing bowel and bladder problems but none found and issues worse now :( :( .

On zoladex presently to see if any improvement only week 2 no improvement yet but I've had full hysterectomy including ovaries so not sure what to expect, but I read some endo not oestrogen fed??? Maybe its been missed ?

No its not in your head :( :( who would chose a bladder illness and illness of choice :)

do what you think and keep on at GP if you dont like the tablets ask for sometihing else ,hopefully they may help. Keep a brief diary around bladder symptoms and periods so when you see GP you have some more info urologist my be more helpful too amiltriplene does help for alot of people apparently but it didnt me. I used to get bad bladder just before period and around ovulation too . I also get it bad when coming down with toncilitus weirdly :) :)

Good luck how long wait do you have til urologist?

thanks for info. Well latest urology GP only done referral yesterday. Yes I'm up several times a night peeing and get woken up to use the toilet, as well as bad stomache pain can keep me up/ cause broken sleep.Especially a week before period, and then during is mainly bed rest and avoiding people. Mental and fatigue too much Apparently you are told to do a pee sample to rate the flow. My bro told me because he has been. I never had this the last time! they just rubbed some gel on my stomach said my ovaries may be too close together. And I have adhesion likely from mc years ago. But the gynae is around October. Yes thanks the symptoms I am keeping in daily diary.

Hello ladies i posted something similar a few months ago. During my last flare up my bladder symptoms were really bad i was on the verge of asking the doctor fir amytriptiline.

Im glad im not the only one with the night time visits too the loo !

Its horrible isnt it.

One doctor suggested i may have interstitial cystitis.

Nothing helped at the time but thankfully its eased a bit recently
