Hey, I'm new here and only recently found out about endometriosis and although not officially diagnosed pretty sure I have it as it matches all my symptoms. I've never been interested in hormonal contraception, the concept of putting that alters a natural process so strongly really freaked me out. But recently the pain got a lot worse. I've done a bit of research and found some promising information about the mirena coil. Was wondering if someone has used it and found it useful? Any side effects? Does it reduce the pain?

Hi Maya it has been successful for me. Just give it a try and it's not an instant cure but should really help you. Once it's settled down best of luck x
