A must read for Endo sufferers

I comment on alot of posts recommending this book that I thought I should just share it with you all. This book has changed my life. Although it is about fertility, following the diet & supplement tips in this book has reduced my pain to almost nothing. I am also praying it will help my fertility and will keep you posted on that.

I read this book about 2 weeks after my diagnosis and it was so helpful! Not only in nutrition but also understanding the disease. It is a bit scientific but thats good as it really helps to understand the complex disease. It covers pretty much every symptom of Endo and even highlighting to me some symptoms I never associated with Endo from the age of 9!

I actually had a consultation with Dian in London, she is lovely and looks in depth at all your symptoms and prescribes the right supplements for you.

Wishing you all pain free days xx

ps. Dian has not asked me to write this review! I just want to share this book with you all x

Yes, I have this book, I was recommended it last year. Finally got around to reading it early this year and thought there was a lot of good information in there, and a great reference to fall back on.

I'm trying to follow a good and healthy diet and I have been on the vitamins for a while now.
