Endometrioma s and pain relief

Can anyone recommend a skilled surgeon in London who is good at endometrioma cysts and stage 4 endo? I have already had two ops before so I am worried about another one and the scar tissue that will come with it. My cysts are about 6 cms on both ovaries and I am under severe pain during my periods that I have to stay couple of days off work to cope. Also what pain relief can I take during this waiting time

Hi have you had a look on bsge.org.uk ? This is a list of all the Endo specialists and will list the ones in London. i can't recommend a specific surgeon unfortunately because our experiences will be different but what you could do is look up the people on this list and see if there are any reviews or case studies with them; this is what i did.
