monthly decapeptyl... bleeding?

So I have just had my third monthly injection of decapeptyl. 29 days after the last one.

A few days before the injection I started spotting/brownish discharge... and then started to have some light bleeding.

It’s nothing major but it feels like the few days before I’d have a period....

I spoke to the nurse yesterday and she said the injection had maybe started to wear off? But if that were the case, it would have worn off about a week ago?

I’m not sure if it is normal... I’m hopeful it will die down once the third injection kicks in but I’m surprised it would have happened at all? It must mean that the decapeptyl isn’t working brilliantly.

Has anyone else had this? If so, what happened?
