Lap negative for endo but biopsy showed endo. What next?

Hi all. I'm new here and looking for some advice really. I had a laparoscopy on the 3rd of May after nearly 3 years of pain. They found no endo but took biopsies incase. Went to the gp today for more pain killers and they said they had my biopsy results and it showed I have endo. I have my gynae follow up next week and just really worried what will happen next. Anyone have this experience? My minds all over the place. Thinking to write some things down to discuss. Any ideas? Thanks

I’d be wanting to know where exactly the biopsy was from so you have an idea where the endo is, and check it was an endo specialist that did the lap-too many stories on here about general gyne’s overlooking it 🤦🏼‍♀️ good luck x

Thanks for your reply just checked my letter and it says 2 biopsies where taken from my left and right ovarian fossa. I don't think she is a specialist in it...just a gynae consultant. I have my follow up on Tuesday. Thankyou, so nervous for what happens next as it wasn't spotted on my laparoscopy x
