So I've just turned 24 and I've struggled for years in silence I was told at first they believed it was cancer ... at the age of 14 I had my tubes drained and know I'm awaiting to have the cysts removed does it ever get better ?

I'm sorry to hear you have been suffering in silence for years. Unfortunately this is the case for many of us with Endometriosis! The positive thing is that you have been diagnosed and are waiting for surgery, so you are receiving treatment which I hope will be successful in helping you with your pain and symptoms.
