Are Endometriosis back?

Hi, I had 2 laps because of endo in 18 months. After the 2nd one I was on zoladex for 6 months and I was fine. Now 8 months have passed and I have new pain. My left side this time. Usually it was always my lower back. The gynaecologist thinks it might be endo again. Has any one suffering from endos ever felt such pain. The pain goes from my back to the front (hip level)

That's exactly the pain I experience. I've only just been diagnosed last week with severe endo through a referral to orthopaedics and an mri found all the endo. I have a constant dull ache in my lower right back which can become very painful if I'm in any position for too long it always walks me up earlier than I'd like. I get lots of hip pain, sometimes stabbing, sometimes a dull ache. I get it in both hips now but for ages it was the opposite side to the back pain. My hips just fell like they're not sitting in the right position.

Because I had suspected joint issues, I've been seeing a chiropractor. I've not been back since diagnosed but it really helps with my pain and mobility. I do a lot of yoga, which also massively helps and my hip doesn't move how it used to. I don't really know what is going on to cause all this pain and mobility issues but I'm wondering if it's lesions.

I hope you get some answers and find something that helps.

Thank you. Sometimes I m pain free for a week and then the pain returns at once. My gynae wants me to wait and see if the pill works. I have my doubts

Since my diagnosis I've been looking at any pattern to my pain and my cycle. I'm best the week after my period but from about day 12 of my cycle, the pain starts and the week before my period is at its worst. Have you tried tracking it to see? I think because my periods have not been an issue I've never seen it as related but I realised its a constant cycle not just 'on period' and 'off period'. Honestly, at 40 you'd think I'd know a bit more about how my body works! 😂

I cant understand why but for the last 5 or 6 weeks, I was always in pain on Mondays and on Tuesdays. Cant figure out why. Could it be that on weekends I eat different food as I go out more?
