I’m two weeks post and it took me around 4 days for the first visit lol and then I’ve only been one more time. I’ve been having back ache and pains for a few days and then realised I haven’t been for a while.

I haven’t left the house barley so haven’t exercised or anything or even gone for a walk. I went for a walk tonight to try and help I’ve actually been eating really healthy and lots of veg and fruit but changed my diet last week to a gluten free one if that’s any link. Just taken some laxido tonight to try and get things moving along!

Anyone else have this?

Hi Kate345. 🌸🌺🌸

This is pertaining to #2 as we say in the USA 🇺🇸 right?

Have you been drinking lots of fluids...warm fluids what about warm sudsy enema or adding a heating pad to your tummy and try massaging your ( l meant abdomen) in large circles from right going left in a large circle ⭕️ after using the heating pad?

Ibuprofen is supposed to be good unless you’re already taking meds for it always check with your doctor first

I suffered for 34 years with this red demon!!! Thank God surgery ended that!!!!!!!’🙏👏👏👏👏🙏

😊🌸 🤗💕xxx

Yeah no2 haha I went 3-4 days after surgery so around last week then I went again but but constipated. Been stuck in the house pretty much for the 2 weeks so not sure if it’s that from not moving

Have you taken strong pain medicine post surgery ?

They can cause constipation.

Can ask the pharmacist for what will work with your situations.

Good luck
