Unsure whether it’d work honey but lush do an amazing cream called “dream cream”. It’s got a lot of oats in it which have always been used for skin issues and my mom has really bad eczema, it helps her loads!!! My skin is super sensitive so I lather it on after shaving and it gets rid of any razor burn and dry skin or helps with my heat rashes I get!!! May not help but it’s worth a try, shouldn’t do any more harm because lush is all natural stuff!
