Endometriosis?

Hi All

I am very new to learning about endometriosis so please bear with me. I have had ongoing pain in my right and left hips since I had my implant Nexplanon removed in October. I went to the doctors in January who referred me for an ultrasound with suspected ovarian cysts. They found 3 cysts which were bleeding. I was sent for a repeat scan last month. I was not happy with the outcome of my second ultrasound , I was told that they were typical menstrual cysts but I am still in pain every month. My Gp has now referred me to a gynaecologist but I do not have an appointment until July. He said he suspected endometriosis.

Does anyone else suffer with pain in both hips or more so one side ? Really struffling to think what else this pain could be caused by. Does anyone think their normal cycle, pain was masked by the implant ? I suffered with extremely painful periods before going onto the pill when I was 15 and since then I have either been on the pill or then the implant
