Endo diet.: Any suggestions to what anyone... - Endometriosis UK
Endo diet.
Your welcome to check out my profile. It has a anti-estrogenic and anti inflammatory diet.
I did the gluten, dairy, soy free diet for 15 years until my body fought against it. After a chat with a nutritionist the doctor sent me too. I now follow the anti inflammatory and anti estrogen diet instead.
I found cutting out meat. Eating more fish and limiting dairy and gluten. Saying away from soy/ soya products . Limiting coffee to one or two cups aday . Drinking nettle tea and freshly squeezed lemon juice in filtered water instead of coffee. best for my body.
It a matter of keeping a diary and eliminating foods that make your body feel bad.
I hope you find what works for you.

I’m gluten free and dairy free. I’ve only just recently started as it is expensive at times.
I use Pinterest to find amazing recipes that are gluten free etc and they are so nice. For breakfast I now have smoothie bowls and they are so quick and good
hi. Hope you are starting to feel the stronger after your operation.
my husband looked into the Endo diet after someone at work suggesting it and I really wasn't keen but it made a massive difference I don't eat red meat anyway but I cut out gluten, dairy and ate anti inflammatory foods as much as possible. Within 6 weeks I was feeling loads better and one at a time tried things. For me anything with gluten / wheat is an absolute no go I'm in pain very quickly. I'm fine with milk and yogurt and just have anything sweet in moderation but I eat plenty of fruit and vegetables ( kale is good). Its very much finding out what works best for you and takes some time but I'm glad my hubby got me to try it. Hope you have your feet up. Xx
I just cut down on dairy even more than ever; switched to pea pasta or rice noodles so no wheat or gluten, eat much more greens and lots of red vegetables: beetroot (I have lots and apparently it helps), red cabbage, anything bright red x
Oh yeah and absolutely NO soya foods or drinks
