Keep feeling shivery randomly operation was at 5.30pm last night

It was just over 24 hrs ago keep feeling randomly chilly and shivery.. is this normal is this the drugs?

Temp is normal. Is shivering occasionally normal? I was shivering last night too

I would say it’s the anaesthetic, it does strange things to me. Drinks lots of fluids to get it out your system. If you’re still worried I’d call the hospital. Hope you feel better soon.

It’s not constant seems to be at night and then worse when I’m worrying lol

My temp is fine I’ll keep an eye I gues the the surgery wasn’t even that long ago

I had it for upto 2 months post surgery. Could be due to low haemoglobin or blood pressure also. Mine was. One big hug to get you through. Hang in there.🤗

They gave me a blood thinner yesterday

I was quite shivery for a couple of days after mine. I think it was just the anaesthetic that caused it x

It seems just on the night time I feel it. Feeling fine in the day.

It's the anaesthetic. I couldnt stop shivering for hours. Whole body was almost jumping about the bed. It will ease xx

Yeah when I’m worrying the shivering worsens it’s stopped for now I’ll keep an eye on it. Still pretty sleepy

The hospital room was like a hot house and I was really shivering. They had me all wrapped up but made no difference. Horrible feeling xx

Yeah it was boiling in my hospital room too. Still can’t believe I got my own room
