Nausea, fatigue and foggy head

Hey, long time since my last post.

Every time my period comes round the first couple of days are just another level. I have a foggy/dizzy-like head feeling, nausea and my fatigue goes a notch further - everything in my body feels so much heavier. I’ve had a nap this afternoon before work to help combat these feelings but I don’t feel better at all. I’m just wondering if anyone has an ideas of what to do? :(

Bit of background: excision July 2017, still get aching pains every day and fatigue. On combined oral contraceptive, Cilest, as form of treatment since 2015.

Thanks in advance xx
