Severe endo and pregnancy.

I have recently been to see my gynea, after having a diagnostic lap in Dec and a CT scan and they have diagnosed me with severe endometriosis. They have advised that I need an operation to relief the pain and give the best chance to get pregnant. Has anyone gone through the surgery to remove the endo for severe and then got pregnant?
