Endometriosis Feel like I've not had a proper diagnois

I've been suffering for at least 10 years, with terrible pains. I have visited the Gyno and he has decided to treat me with endometriosis without having a laposcopy.

I'm please that I am being treated but I feel like I would rather know for sure that this is the case.

Anyway, I have had to have a Prostap injection (which in all honesty I am petrified about) he also prescribed some Livial Hrt. I'm not sure if this needs to be taken now or as needed. At the moment I'm only experiencing lack of sleep (I only had this information 2 days ago) how long does it take for these horrible symptoms to take place (it's as if I'm waiting for them 😰)

Please could someone help.
