Ahhhh, it's a week before my period and I've started to get my usual exhausted, feeling tired, kinda wiped out. Yesterday wasn't too bad but today I just want to go back to bed, my brain feels like cotton wool. I feel so useless, I'm sat at work just staring at my screen.
Anyone else get this?

I got home yesterday from work/running round after kids and laid down on my bed and was out cold for over an hour. This morning I really struggled to wake up and like you are sat at work wishing I was back in bed!
I don't, I just get on with it, kind of automatic!
I generally try not to stay in bed past my natural wake up time unless I'm ill; I find it messes up my body clock so makes me feel worse - I'm always tired generally as my circadian clock sleep cycle is 2am to 10am, so working messes with it, just around my period times, I feel like I've just not slept at all. Don't get me wrong it is tempting to just fall into bed when you're this tired.
