My period is due on Monday and I'm already getting random stomach pain and cramps. Normally this aspect is fairly contained to my period itself, but I've woken up a few nights with stomach pain already. Any help with preparing for a bad period?

Hi yes I experience this all the time usually 10 days or so before the pains kick in! I usually sort myself out mentally and say to myself I'm not starting yet I need to get on with life! It is easier said than done as I don't manage to do anything leading up to my period but I try my best! Exercise is a good thing right up until you start if you can do that it might help and keeping busy if the pain isn't bad not sitting around at home as this makes it worse xx
