Endometrial ablation??

What happens when you ‘get your period’ after this procedure? I understand some people bleed less or not at all but do you still get period pains etc. or does the uterus not cramp etc. because there’s less/nothing to expel?

Oh, sorry to hear that. Is that because of endo in other areas or is that normal for endometrial ablation for everyone do you know?

Hello. How did you get on? I had an ablation by laparoscopy three weeks ago and the pain is still really bad. Passing yellow stuff - no blood. The doctor has given me antibiotics in case the pain is a sign of infection. I knew the ablation wouldn't help the pain, but I didn't expect it to make it worse! :(
