Don't know where to go from here..

So I was having pain during sex in my lower abdomen on the right side and I know my mom and my sister have had ovarian cysts so I decided it was a good idea to go to the doctor. I had a blood test, pap smear, and ultrasound done and everything came back normal. Which I'm super happy about but I'm still not happy because I don't know what is causing me pain. Now I'm starting to think it may be endometriosis because I do have some symptoms. After I had all those tests no one has tried to do a follow up with me and I don't know what else they could even do to figure out if I do have endometriosis. I just don't know what to do from here.

Keep on at Drs I went to Drs last July with severe pain said all clear then bk two weeks later they found cysts on both my ovaries pain been getting worse ever since I have pain in my pelvic area my abdomen my stomach my back my legs and sometimes my shoulders it was only 2 days ago I had another scan and have been told I have endometriosis and have surgery but they are unable to do the surgery as they have now noticed since August last year my blood tests have shown high white cell count has been rising every time yet no one picked up on it was the anethasist Dr that picked up on it so now my operation has been put on hold as I have to see a blood specialist and have to have a ct scan and possibly a biopsy from my bone marrow depending on what ct scan shows my symptoms are all pointing to leukaemia iv been told I'll see the specialist within 2 weeks as they are rushing it

I'm in so much pain and pain killers don't even work

I'm always tierd and weak

If lost so much weight

I can't eat and when I try I get full too quick or I bring it up

If now been told I have an iron deficiency and need iron tablets also

I can't wait to start feeling better

This is the symptom which tipped it for me. I had all those tests from another issue with POP pill but some of the symptoms carried on after coming off the pill. It was on my last internal exam when they were seeing if my uterus moved that I could say they'd caused the pain that I was complaining about. Hurt for around a week afterwards. Less than a month later, I've got my lap next week so they can see what is happening.

Keep pushing the doctors to investigate. Record everything, i used Clue and pointed to all the cramps through my cycle, take in all the symptoms you have.
