Can adeno cause calf muscle pain? My legs ache, burn most of the time and are tender to the touch when pressure applied. Sometimes they look somewhat swollen too.

I have nerve damage in my leg caused by endo. It is rare and in my case took an age to diagnose. I get pains in feet and lots of parts of my leg including the calf. I ignored it for years thinking it was muscular but eventually the nerves were compressed by a combination of a bad period and inappropriate physio. Please speak to your Gynae about it. You maybe fobbed off because it’s so rare but it can happen. You know your own body. I’m on Prostap injections long term now to prevent risk of further nerve damage and am under a neurologist and BSGE Gynae. Good luck!
