Endometriosis - A key to Healing by D. Shepperton.

Does anybody have this book? I've heard it contains an amazing endo diet by I'm wondering if it's just the same endo diet that can be found on the internet?

Can anybody give me a brief summary of the diet she describes?

I don't really have the money to buy get another book.

Thanks so much xx

I have this book and really like the info and diet she suggests. I just need to try harder to follow it.

Basically more leafy greens, more natural food less processed, chocolate, no alcohol . I’m really not doing it justice, as I like the format of the book, she gives the info the food and diet then peoples accounts of how it’s helped them.

Try your local library I know I’ve seen it in ours
