Hey

I have had a few conversations of late with ladies about this progesterone cream.

Mine has come today. I have purchased this for raging pmt and period pains and migraines through THAT time of month and just wandered “ how many pumps do i need of the cream” .

So as i have a 28 day cycle i start on day 15 for two weeks? Is that right? A pump in morning and evening( or more)?

Just need a little advice. Im still on period at mo so wont b using for another week if what ive put above it right.

Also did people find it helped or have o just wasted £30 on nothing
