4 weeks post laparoscopy- endo everywhere

4 weeks ago tomorrow I had my laparoscopy where they found a large endometrioma on my left ovary (6x7cm) which then proceeded to rupture during surgery, endometriosis on my uterus, bowels, rectum- had adhered uterus to rectum and adhesions. All of this was addressed/removed. The pain I was going through on a daily basis in my left side has resolved. I no longer feel the general ache every day that I used to.

However... since I have started getting back to normal post surgery and beginning to exercise/ go for walks etc again I have noticed a pain which can only be described as like a hot ball of aching pain between my lower incision and my left abdomen. It hurts if I touch it. But otherwise when not exercising or at rest I have little if no pain. Any ideas what this could be?? Also the last couple of days towards the end of urinating my lower abdomen has sharp pains which take my breath away sometimes... just wondering whether it’s muscles going back to normal or something I should be concerned about??? Has anyone else had a similar problem? I have no signs of infection anywhere.

I haven't had the symptoms you're describing, but it seems worth calling your surgeon's office to ask whether these pains are something to be concerned about or not. Good luck
