Post GnRh symptoms

Hi there

How are you? I am coming to the end of my 3 month Decapeptyl injection and now starting to spot black blood and endure right sided anterior mid thigh pain. I have opted for no more injections due to the horrific side effects and still waiting for my consultant contacting me with date for hysterectomy. Is this the start of my cycle returning and the endo pain.
