What’s your triggers?

I’ve been eating rubbish for a while, working a lot, went to gym 3 x in a week when I’ve never ever been before and ate a egg muffin from costa... now I’m in a flare up state! Even tho I’m 3 injections into my zolodex it’s still flaring up..

The only trigger I’ve been able to pinpoint is exercise. I’ve had to give up the gym at the moment and I do yoga instead now.

That’s so weird I went to the gym three times, then bang! I feel

I actually had a flare up due to eggs once so be careful it maybe due to eggs 😂😂😂 My body decides when it doesnt want stuff I've had flares due to eggs and lactose then the next day I had them again and dont have a reaction at all 😂
