Heat pads back and front still no relief

I’ve found soaking in a hot bath filled with magnesium flakes and Epsom salts really helps me, just floating and taking all the weight off my body and letting the heat of the water do its thing brings so much relief, it doesn’t get rid of the pain completely it just takes the edge off it ever so slightly, hope things get better for you hun, if not go back to your doctors and ask for some stronger pain meds, there are a variety of things your doctor can offer to help you with the pain, x

I tried a bath but I dont find it helps I think I am odd in this!

Got disposable one ons today and they are helping a little - at least I'm warm for once!
