Watery discharge

Hi!

I always get this watery discharge which i think smells. I’ve been told by my partner he can not smell it but I can. It’s very watery and clear. Fed up of going in and out of the doctors to be told it’s normal and nothing to worry about.

Does anyone else get watery discharge like this? Thank you

Evening..

Funnily enough I went to my doctors about this last night!

I have been having this for the past two weeks when having stomach pains..

my doctor said this is normal when having the stomach pains due to the hormones with the cysts and ovaries.

However I said mine doesn’t smell, my doctor said if it does smell then that’s a different story possibly.

She made me do a wee sample just in case of an infection.

Maybe ask for that to be done?

(Hope this helps)

Hi yeah I get this too It's just your hormones- when I was on prostap for 6 mths it stopped completely. Now it's back and can be embarrassing it's almost like I've wet myself at times lol. And unpredictable. It does have a smell and I worry people can smell it too as I can straight away but it's a hormone odour and not foul as it would be if an infection like thrush.

I can’t say I’ve ever had watery discharge but regarding smell; each woman has their own ‘scent’ with discharge. We can smell it but other people seem to not. I would only get concerned if it was super potent.

You only need to worry about smell if it is fishy or really quite foul as this can indicate bv amongst some other things. However with bv you also get yellow/green/grey discharge.

I tend to get a lot (and I mean major) discharge when I’m ovulating that clear and sticky, similar to the texture of egg white. And it can last before and after ovulation!

Hope you get some comfort but keep going back if you’re really concerned! Has the dr done an internal examination? That’s when they tend to see stuff coming out of your cervix!

discharge thickness and smell is linked to times of the cycle, there are times when it will be watery and times when it's almost non existent. Every person has their own smell (and taste, sorry details!) and that varies by time of month too.

I've noticed sometimes mines watery and does smell but I think it's me that notices it! my partner says its actually better round that time, how embarrassing! I prefer it to the slimy, sticky, globby stuff - details again, apologies, I just say it as it is.

I don't think it's anything to worry about, mines always watery. I have to use panty liners every day; well that's what they're for.

It could be urine leakage. I've had phases where Ive had what feels like a watery discharge. Sometimes a bit of urine can trickle down....
