Facial hair - PCOS?

Hi all. I want some opinions as to whether I could have PCOS. I had a hysterectomy recently due to adenomyosis and endometriosis but I've kept both ovaries. I had a large endometrioma on one ovary which was also mostly removed. For about the last 15 years I've had an issue with facial hair growth especially around my neck and chin. Could this mean I have PCOS? When I had my surgery follow up I asked the doctor and she said it wouldn't have been caused by the endometrioma. I was tested about 7 years ago for PCOS but I was on the pill at the time so I don't think it would have been accurate. My daughter was also tested then and she was diagnosed with PCOS. Any thoughts greatly appreciated. 😎
