Can't take anymore

I have no idea if this is even endometriosis but I am suffering so badly. I've been off work for 4 weeks and I can barely go out.

Today I have severe nerve like pain in my right bum cheek and right down my leg.

My pelvis feels heavy constantly too.

There's more of a story about it all on my profile, 1st post.

I see no end insight and I'm getting extremely down. After just getting worse tummyache every month which I was able to deal with I now feel like I cant live my life, i have 2 young children and its effecting everything.

I'm mainly struggling that I have to wait to see people and yet I can not function.

I'm upset and scared, does it get any better?
