Hi. I hope your all ok. So I had an appointment at Oxford hospital in December but I had to cancel it due to snow. And thay can’t see me next till 16th August. And I’ve been in a lot more pain than normal.

Do no what to do
Hi, if I were you I’d go to see your GP. If you can convince them that it’s urgent, they can contact the hospital to ask them to bring your appointment forward.
You can also try yourself, but I think it usually works best coming from a GP.
Good luck.
Hi if it’s the Jr speak to the Endo secretary Helen and explain, say you will take a cancellation at short notice (if you can) she’s very good.
It is the jr but it’s a miss Moore
It’s the pain management clinic then. I saw her in December and am supposed to see her in June but due to over demand my appointment is end September 2018. I’m now going down the non medicine route as the meds don’t suit me. I got a list of resources to look into including a book and dvd. I need to do Pilates it I also have unusual symptoms which I have to work with. I can give u the book and dvd title if it helps.
If it halps you then yes please. And I’ve maded an appointment 2 c my gp tomorrow
I think it will help but with Xmas and stuff not started it yet, plus I. My case I need 1-1 support form a Pilates instructor. I know one who is also an osteo so bonus for me. I have already been doing some of the exercises anyway. Book is heal pelvic pain by Amy stein, dvd is APPI Pilates for low back pain, shop around. They also suggest diet changes, supplements and meditation. The app headspace was recommended but I don’t use it as too expensive when there are free ones out there. If u are interested in meditation I can suggest other stuff that may help. There was other stuff on the resources sheet but these were the key ones for me. At least it’s a start.
