I was in so much pain, I was on the verge of crying and the gynae said it was normal and nothing was wrong yet I was in agony the whole time and some time after the exam had finished, I had cramp like feelings

I had to have some swabs taken a few weeks back and it was horrific, tears dripped down my face and in the end I had to hurry her up. Now I've had smears since i was young and not one of them came anywhere near.

I'm yet to find out what is causing my issues, waiting for a gynecologist app.

I can relate to this-i also find pelvic examinations very painful. My last smear test took half an hour and by the end I was in tears. I think unfortunately it is part and parcel of having endometriosis unless you are one of the few lucky ladies who doesn't have any symptoms with endometriosis. Hope the person doing the examination was kind xoxo

She carried on even though I was close to tears. I haven’t been diagnosed yet as they just keep throwing hormone pills at me. Even though I suffer with bad side effects with every one I’ve tried.

After this, I think they may do a lap but won’t because I’m 18 is apparently the reason they are dragging it out

Keep on at them, after 7 years of going back and forth to the docs on all kinds of birth control I finally got in with a new doc and told her I thought it was endometriosis, she agreed with me and referred me. My gynae was reluctant to give me the lap as I was only 19 at the time, he basically told me he thought I was making it up too but you just have to keep pressing on at them. They did my lap July this year and found I had stage 2 endometriosis, my symptoms eased for a couple of months but now they are back and worse than ever! So I’m in the process of doing the same thing again with my gynae 👎 Sending love to you hunny, hope you find something to ease your symptoms soon!

That’s the main thing I’m struggling with too Hun, my gynae advices to have any children I want in the next 5 years however me and my boyfriend have been trying for over a year with no success. It’s hard and I feel sometimes other people really don’t understand how hard it is to deal with! I’m always here if you need someone to speak to about that and about the surgery! I know how hard it can be ❤️

I had a similar experience! Was examined by a gynaecologist, the right side was so painful I was crying while she examined me!

I then got told that I had all this pain from me breaking my leg when I was about nine and were my muscles compensated it was muscle pain!

Wasn’t very impressed with what she told me!
