Hysterectomy

Hi. Ive been fobbed off with ibs pains for years. 2016 i had endometriosis removed and was told to take contraception to keep it away. Had to stop it as i was an emotional mess.

I have daily cramps like period pains and lower back pain. When my period comes it travels up my back and down my legs. I think its back.

They said the only other option is a hysterectomy..has this helped any of you? What can i expect if i agree to it?
