I have had extremely heavy and long periods since they first started at the age of 13 (lasting up to 3 months). I have been on numerous pills, and injections (sometimes both) to help battle with this. I also bleed during and after sex, and am in so much pain I can't move. My first holiday with my boyfriend was horrific. The pelvic pain I have is a nightmare, but since being on my current pill it's not too bad (although I do have my good days and bad days).
I am now just taking cerelle pill. Recently I have started having problems with my bowels e.g. Bad constipation, large stools, sometimes diarrhoea, and sometimes even blood is present. I am so exhausted at the moment, and my gynaecologist department is struggling with a lot of doctors on the sick.
Thanks for any help.

That definitely sounds like endometriosis, I have also suffered with all of those symptoms.
Once you have your lap they will confirm conclusively if it is endo, and remove any cysts that will be contributing to the pain. I was prescribed to take the pill back to back, 3 months at a time before a break, to surpress the hormones that aid the endo growth. It’s not a cure but it does help. Maybe ask your gp if they would recommend that for you?
I can't wait for my lap, but I'm concerned with it being delayed since most of gynaecologist department have gone on the sick. I'm due to that lap in January after waiting since July.
I am currently taking a pill, which has helped with the pain and periods. Although I do get times with a random 3 day bleed, and a little pain. But I don't know whether it's worth changing it so close to my lap date?
My GP are a nightmare, they don't take me seriously because they are very overworked. I have even taken people in with me so that they can see what they are like.
