It’s as simple as it sounds. But honestly due to all this I feel so down.
Since July waiting for a diagnosis my life has been on hold. All my friends live far away so I haven’t seen them due to all these hospital appointments, laparoscopy and feeling ill.
It can all be so lonely it’s horrible

Big hug XX . I have lost my long distance friends too and I don't have any local ones and am having my own battle with depression and anxiety following my surgery.
This disease is brutal. It seems to affect every aspect of our lives and feels utterly relentless at times.
It's no consolation I know but you are not alone XX
I definitely know how you feel. I feel like I’ve completely changed in the last year because of it.Have you looked to see if there are any local endometriosis support groups near you? After my lap my surgeon gave me the details of the endo specialist nurse and that they run a group. I only had my lap yesterday but definitely going to give it a go. I think it’ll help to meet other women who know what you’ve been/are going through.
Hi sorry to hear this. I understand completely. I've been in and out of hospital for 2 years looking for a diagnosis and paused uni and barely go out. It can be extremely lonely and isolating. If you ever need to talk please send me a message. Sometimes having someone who understand really helps. Hope you feel better soon xxx
