You need to get to a hospital ASAP the quicker they see you the more likely they will be able to prevent lasting damage to your organs or death

How are you doing? Did you go to a and e last night?

If you didn't it's very important to see a dr urgently today. They need to give you support and see if your organs are ok.

We are all here for you, but you need more support than us just nowx

Dear Lisa Marie,

I'm glad to hear you are alright.

I appreciate you are feeling low, you are in a bad place and you are unable to talk to anyone right now, but if at any point you feel you can, may I recommend some places where you can speak in confidence in a safe and anonymous way.

Endometriosis UK run online support groups via a Skype link (no video is used during the call) that you can sign up for via the website:

endometriosis-uk.org/online...

There is also a freephone confidential helpline run by Endometriosis UK volunteers who have Endometriosis themselves:

0808 808 2227

Furthermore, please find a link for the Samaritans who are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year on:

08457 90 90 90

samaritans.org/

Look after yourself.

Take care,

Simonetta
