Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any experience of applying for a Blue Badge? I am going to apply and just thought I would ask for any tips.

Thanks!

I tried but couldn't get as they thought I wasn't disabled enough! Of course I am but generally when I am that ill can't drive cos I am on morphine! I will try again if I can find some to drive me. As I live alone I feel I do need this. If you manage to get one I would be interested how you did it? Thanks J

If you have a disablity and then your entitled to one... Sometimes they would need pip to proof it and you can also get your Dr to write a letter explaining why you need it. If they need to asset you then it just be simple questions. I've had a badge all my life and my disability is getting worst each year. Hope this had helped you guide on how to get a disabled badge and also pay £10 for 3 years as it's not free.
