Extreme PMS

Hey, I was wondering if anyone else suffers with like extreme PMS.

Last few days, I’m so agitated and every little thing pisses me off. According to my diary, I’m due on in a few days (not looking forward to the pain)

I’m currently in bed as I want to avoid my parents as their stupid comments does my head in.

I was actually told that I have PMDD which is like PMS on steroids. I feel your pain

Like I crave sweet foods, nausea and start getting pins and needles in my legs all the time. Dull ache in my stomach and hip and back pain
