I was wondering what are some of the symptoms do you have with endometriosis. I have not been diagnosed of endometriosis but I do go Tuesday to rule out if I have gastritis or ulcers. I been dealing with this pain for 3 weeks now. Pancreas, liver, kidneys and gallbladder all fine.
I have pain in pelvic area, my whole abdominal is tender to touch. My bladder hurts sometimes and feel like something is pushing on it. Have upper abdominal pain that hurts around my gallbladder area that radiates to my upper back. Have pain on my left side in pancreas area that radiates to my back. And it occurs in different areas everyday. And the only time I have a bowel movement is when I take something.

My symptoms were as follows: severe period pain to the point I could not walk/get up out of bed sometimes; heavy bleeds with clots; painful sex (but not always); when my bladder was full on my period it hurt, this ended up being whenever it was full it hurt, I also had to pee quite frequently (however my first doctor did not understand how this could be connected to endo/adeno) so after that I mostly stuck to mentioning the extreme pain from periods and sex; also gross discharge around perionds, but not consistently (in fact one doc kept diagnosing me with PID because it came back every 6 months or so even though I kept testing negative for STDs).
I had a lot of pain on my right side where endo was found on a lap on my uterosacral ligament, but it was fairly localised to the area around my bladder/uterus.
However, I think everyone's experiences can be remarkably different with regards to endo and pelvic pain and pain can also be referred. My gut says that unless you persistently mention extremely painful periods and sex doctors don't think about endo (like I said above the complaints about my bladder just confused my doctor). Have you ever had an ultrasound done? I was diagnosed with adeno (a form of endo) this way and that led to my lap.
Yes I had an vaginal ultrasound. Because my GYN thought I might have Interstitial cystitis cause I was having pain from my bladder but that came back negative. My periods are heavy and I cramp real bad before I come on and real bad lower back pain.
My first ultrasound I had done when I was 20 didn't show anything, I had one this year (am now 25) and this showed adenomyosis which I think led to the decision to do a lap on me. Unfortunately at the present time the only way to officially diagnose endo is by lap which I think leads doctors to try everything else first. Keep pushing and hopefully you will get a correct diagnosis soon x
click on the links at the side Bladder, as it sounds like you have Endo on your bladder, so those symptoms you might be able to relate to. I have bowel symptoms so mine will be completely different to yours from the sound of things, I have a yanking pain in my lower back when my bowel opens, my pelvis seizes up around my time of the month and I have had bad cramps that had me up most of the night trying to not think about feeling sick.
I am currently waiting on an operation date to remove my endo which is really frustrating. I really hope you get some answers xxx
