Endometriosis and in pin!!

I had a laparoscopy nearly a year ago and was told I had endo and they removed as much as possible and gave me an injection for 6 months ( which only lasted for 3!)

The last 2 months I have been experiencing pain in my right ovary ( which I was also told was enlarged) the time between my periods has also got shorter by 5 days and now experiencing period like symptoms 2 weeks after period?!?

Do I call consultant for another apppintment or just leave !?

Does it sound like the endo playing up?

Confused as to what I should do??
