Hello, I am wondering if anyone has had any success with any kind of vitamins or supplements for their endometriosis? I understand it is not for everyone but if anyone has had any success with them at all I would be very interested to know which ones!

Thanks in advance :)

Hello! Funnily enough I have recently done lots of reading about this too and recently started taking just a regular female multivitamin (Solgar Female Multiple), along with Pycnogenol (you can take one or two per day) as they are recommended for endometriosis, and the female-specific multivitamins contain the B vitamins (along with lots of others of course) which can help ease symptoms. I'm only a little way in, but am already noticing lots of benefits - feeling more energised and my cramps are less dominant and less of a distraction! I was getting fed up of popping painkillers every 4 hours so these have been a welcome relief.

I also read that Clary Sage oil is good to massage onto the crampy areas or add to a bath, so that's next on my list to buy.

Do let me know if you find any others that work too :) xx

Ginger and turmeric are anti inflammatory. Eating a healthy diet rich in (preferably organic) fruit and vegetables and low in processed food and excess fat, sugar and carbs is going to be beneficial as is eating foods that support the liver. Here are notes I've made over the lest year researching dietary factors.
