I am having a bad flare up day as my period is supposed to start tomorrow. Although I am not new to having endo, I am feeling like my daily fight against pain is running out of steam. Please let me know what you do to fight off pain on flare up days so that you can continue with work, school, life, etc. Willing to try anything.
