I am 19 years old and have been diagnosed with PCOS for 2 years.
I haven't had periods for over a year, yet I have a lot of brown discharge (sorry for gross info) and constant pelvic pain in my lower right.
I have PCOS in both ovaries, my right is worse than my left and is extremely bulky (seen through ultrasound scan).
My mum has endo, and had a hysterectomy a couple years back when she had an ovary and her womb removed.
I know bleeding heavily is a sign of endo, I used to have extreme periods and one point I was on straight for four months. But now it is the opposite extreme and I have none at all? Are all these a sign of endo?
I am waiting to be referred privately to a gynaecologist where it has been made clear it is likely I will have a laparoscopy.
Thanks xxx

I used to have really heavy bleeding then it stopped completely then started again badly all before I was diagnosed with endometriosis.
It is good that you have been referred to a gynaecologist and hopefully they get on quickly with carrying out a laparoscopy it usually is a long wait so hopefully you don’t have to wait too long.
Hope your not suffering too bad this forum is brilliant for help support and advice take care xx
Thank you Joely for your response! See I haven't yet had a period (not had one in over a year), but like you said, mine was very similar to yours and I used to be extremely heavy! I just know the usual symptom is heavy periods, never heard of anyone with endo who has no periods but I really think I have it!
It seems like a fantastic page, lots of support which is what people need when going through something like this
Thank you very much, hope you are well yourself xx
I guess every single case is different I had bleeding really heavy stopped for a while then came back badly. It took 11 years for me to be diagnosed and finally have a laparoscopy 2 years ago when I was 24.
I really do hope that you get the support and help you need much sooner than that xx
