When you can't go private...

Hello! I was wondering if anyone would be able to advise me on how to persuade the NHS to do surgery to remove excess womb cells? So many women I know or have read about go through private health care at this stage, but unfortunately that's not an option for me so I'm starting to lose hope of ever getting them to do anything about the pain. Do you have any tips on convincing the gynaecologist that this is actually a matter of urgency and should be treated as such? (literally) They keep pushing referrals back by 3 months at a time...has anyone else had this problem? Thank you so much for your help ladies!

Hi I would complain to your local health board by sending them either email or letters. As i had to do that to get my laparoscopy quicker as i was going down the fertility route, just keep at them and don't give up.
