Zoladex injection/joint pain

In August I swapped from a monthly zoladex injection to the 3-month ones. I had another injection on Friday and since then I’ve been getting pain in my R groin, hip area which travels down my leg and to my knee. Should this happen?

I’ve taken paracetamol & used an ibuprofen gel but the pain is still there.

Any thoughts? Is this just another side effect?

Thanks!

Hello! I've had this! Although I'm on monthly ones. So I'm going to assume it's a common side effect. I also suffer from ms so thought it had something to do with that X
