Ovarian cyst

Hi I recently went to the doctors to find out if I have endo , my symptoms were painful periods starting a week before due on , bloating , leg pain , full ache in pelvis and extremely bad pain with any bowel movements. After a ultra sound i found out I have 2 5cm cysts both on my left ovary. One they think is a dermoid cyst the other is solid and they are unsure about it ,they also think one is stuck to my bowels. I’ve had my bloods and ca125 was 38. still unsure if it’s endo they’ve said they won’t know 100% until I’ve been opened up. I’m back at the hospital in a few days to see how they’ve decided to remove the cysts bescause one may be attached to the bowel they may have to fully open me rather than key hole , has anyone had anything similar x
