Ibs and endo link?

I keep getting stomach cramps after eating - haven’t eaten much in a week or two due to anxiety but yeah my stomach hates me

I also suffered with it I've now completely changed my diet google the endo diet There's list of foods to steer clear from and foods that you can eat that help

I have ibs I used to get anxeity before eating and going out because of my ibs so much I lost a stone in weight 🤔 What helped me the most was changing my diet I'm currently on a gluten free diet and I only have dairy at the weekend 😮 I would advise you to go gluten free for month see if that helps then go dairy free for a month as well 🤔 Also try taking extra vitamins and friendly bacteria 😮Also eating lots of fruit and veg helps 😉

I have foods that give me ibs symptoms, i avoid them as much as possible and when i am on my period.

They once thought I had IBS (before I was diagnosed with endo). However, i don't actually have it. I recently saw a gastroenterologist who discovered my adhesions have reformed after surgery and have lead to a tortuous bowel (unusually long bowel which is also twisted in parts). This can give people IBS-like symptoms and so some sufferers may have this without realising.
